O mnie
I have been an advocate since 2015. I completed my advocate's traineeship at the Krakow Bar Association. After passing the bar exam, I went abroad. I have worked in several foreign law firms. After returning to Poland in 2017, I founded EPOQUE Kancelaria Adwokacka based in Krosno.
I specialize in criminal law, new technology's law and intellectual property law (cyber law). I offer legal advice in consumer protection law and business law, in particular, for enterprises which run business in creative and innovative sectors.
I am also a mediator. I conduct training and perform at conferences and scientific seminars in Poland and abroad. I am the author of several legal scientific articles. I run two blogs: Cyberlaw by Judyta and English Law for Poles.
My interests are focused on cybercrime and human rights, especially on digital rights.
